When you place your order, the system will send you a voucher in order you can make your reservation 24 hours after your purchase.

Orders leave our facilities the next working day of your purchase and the box with the gift voucher will arrive at the address indicated at the time of purchase. The estimated delivery time is 7 working days for deliveries to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For other shipments, the delivery time may be up to 14 days. If you wish to pick it up at our facilities, you must specify it in the box “Notes/Observations”. You will be attended to at a previously agreed time by telephone on + 34 986 741 378.

You are about to give the gift of a unique experience in one of the most renowned restaurants in Spain. Prior reservation is required and at the time of booking you must inform us of the voucher number, name of the voucher, expiry date and notify any allergies or intolerances. Cancellations will not be accepted 72 hours before the reservation is made and will be subject to the availability of the restaurant. Once the invitation has expired, the gift card can be used by paying the difference at the current rate. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. If the guests are unable to make use of the invitation, they can transfer it by informing the restaurant of the name of the new beneficiaries.
